1. Scope
These terms govern the use of TokenApps (the web game and app catalog, points, and community features) operated by TokenPost (the "Company").
2. Accounts
The service is playable without signing in; some features (earning points, saves, gifts) require an account, created through the Google, social or wallet sign-in options available on screen. New TokenPost sign-ins are disabled. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Points
Points are earned through in-service activity and spent within the service. Points are not money, are never exchangeable for cash or crypto-assets, and are not transferable or tradable between users. Game scores and match outcomes never pay points. Points obtained by fraud (automation, multi-accounting, forged events) may be reclaimed without notice.
3-2. Funding
Funding lets users back a game campaign with points; it involves no cash payment. If a campaign misses its goal, all backed points are refunded in full. If the goal is reached, backed points are consumed and the reward pool is distributed to backers by contribution. The reward pool is always set below the goal, so no profit can be expected from backing; funding is neither an investment nor a profit-sharing arrangement.
4. Games and third-party content
Catalog entries are provided by the Company or third-party developers. Third-party content remains the responsibility of its developer; the Company reviews listings but does not warrant their completeness.
5. Developer submissions
Developers must submit only content they hold the rights to. Submissions are published after review; the Company may refuse or withdraw a listing for legal violations, infringement, or gambling-like mechanics.
6. Prohibited conduct
Exploiting vulnerabilities, manipulating measurement or reward systems, using another person's account, submitting unlawful or gambling-like content, and interfering with the service are prohibited.
7. Changes to the service
The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the service, with prior notice for material changes.
8. Liability
The Company is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control. For features provided free of charge, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
